Sensory Experience

Get back to your senses...

Prepare for a sensory maze that will manipulate your tastebuds, teaching you how to identify new and different flavor profiles. Containing a series of unique experiences led by Jake Leonti, Cafe Guru of F+B Therapy, you’ll discover flavors designed to test your senses to the max.

After a brief meditation to focus the mind and enhance the olfactory and gustatory connection, a personal audio guide will lead you through a series of aromatic and tasting encounters featuring coffee, chocolate and much more, all designed to expand your perception of flavor.

This year's Sensory Experience theme is BITTER SWEET.
Is coffee naturally sweet? Can you taste chocolate in a natural coffee on its own? Is Chocolate bitter? Can coffee make chocolate sweeter or does chocolate make coffee more bitter?
Explore the relationship between bitter and sweet in this year's Sensory Experience, featuring small batch roasted coffees from Brazil and Burundi, paired with delicious handmade chocolates.
To add an element of flavor and texture to your sensory journey, Nonni’s Biscotti will present a tasting experience that will focus on the transformational effects coffee has on biscotti and vice versa.
