  • The Chocolate Factory

what pairs perfectly with coffee? chocolate.

The "Food of the Gods" makes its official debut at The New York Coffee Festival with an area entirely dedicated to the art of chocolate making and chocolate tasting. Watch some of the best chocolatiers in the city temper chocolate in front of your very eyes and get ready to get your hands messy making your own truffles.

Get to know some of the incredible chocolate companies who will be featuring at The Chocolate Factory this year below.

Dandelion Chocolate

At our factories in the Mission district of San Francisco, we roast, crack, sort, winnow, grind, conch, and temper small batches of beans and then mold and package each bar by hand. By sourcing high-quality beans and carefully crafting tiny batches, we try to bring out the individual flavors and nuances of each bean.

Fruition Chocolate Works

At Fruition we begin by selecting ethically sourced and flavorful cocoa beans. Using traditional and modern techniques, we handcraft our award-winning line of chocolates and confections with an eye to detail.

Markham & Fitz

Markham & Fitz make bean to bar chocolate. Using transparent trade practices and high quality cacao, they seek to celebrate everything! With a focus on handmade, sustainable, and delicious, they're working to build a culture of positivity (and chocolate).

The Swedish Cacao Company / Svenska Kakaobolaget

Craft Chocolate from Sweden. We proudly craft premium bean to bar chocolate and confectionary from exceptional quality cacao in the beautiful area of Osterlen in the southern part of Sweden. Our factory is an old brick building from 1893 that used to be the village schoolhouse.
