Get to know some of the incredible chocolate companies who were featured in The Chocolate Factory 2019.
At our factories in the Mission district of San Francisco, we roast, crack, sort, winnow, grind, conch, and temper small batches of beans and then mold and package each bar by hand. By sourcing high-quality beans and carefully crafting tiny batches, we try to bring out the individual flavors and nuances of each bean.
At Fruition we begin by selecting ethically sourced and flavorful cocoa beans. Using traditional and modern techniques, we handcraft our award-winning line of chocolates and confections with an eye to detail.
Markham & Fitz make bean to bar chocolate. Using transparent trade practices and high quality cacao, they seek to celebrate everything! With a focus on handmade, sustainable, and delicious, they're working to build a culture of positivity (and chocolate).
Craft Chocolate from Sweden. We proudly craft premium bean to bar chocolate and confectionary from exceptional quality cacao in the beautiful area of Osterlen in the southern part of Sweden. Our factory is an old brick building from 1893 that used to be the village schoolhouse.
